Heo Youngsaeng's vocal is the backbone of SS501's songs, impressive in its strength and sweet clarity. Youngsaeng started out as a trainee with SM Entertainment where he was friends with members of many of the label's popular groups. For an unspecified reason he decided to take his chances elsewhere and on the advice of a friend auditioned for DSP and gained admittance to the group. Specifically it is known that he is still good friends with Siwon and Yehsung of Super Junior and Jaejoong and Yunho of DBSK. Youngsaeng has also stated that he admires Lee Minwoo of Shinhwa and hopes to follow in his footsteps. Not long after SS501 had debuted it was announced that Youngsaeng had developed a problem with his vocal chords that required surgery and a period of rest, at the time he had been co-hosting the radio show Youngstreet with fellow member Jungmin so Kyujong took his place.

Youngsaeng is mostly quiet, preferring to let everyone else do the talking. In interviews it is obvious that he suffers from a lack of self confidence stating once that he didn't like his voice and wished it were manlier. Yet he loves to take pictures of himself, perhaps a habit picked up from his SM days. His nickname in the group is “Otter” which was something he didn't like because he didn't know what it was. However once he looked it up he thought otters were cute so he didn't mind being called that anymore. He has been called Dr. Love by the other members because of his impressive knowledge of girls and also Prince by his fans. She is the youngest of the member in Wonder Girls girl group in korean.She made her debut on 2005 when his agency saw SoHee’s singing in a modeling competition.She quit in her modelling and go on as a singer.

SoHee has won “The Best New Solo Singer”, “The Best New Actress” and “The Most Popular Singer” as a solo. On June 25, Sohee was sidelined for a month after tearing a knee ligament falling off a motorcycle during the filming her movie “ Like It Hot”. It looks like Big Bang’s leader G-Dragon will finally be paying for the consequences of his performance at his first solo concert last year. Last year at his Shine A Light concert, G-Dragon performed as planned but spiced up his stages as he dry-humped Aimee Lee Lucas on a stand-up bed and sang two songs that were strictly forbidden to be heard by minors. Not only that but the concert did not have a higher age restriction at 19+. Instead, anyone over 12 was allowed to attend. After a dark forecast, it looks like YG Entertainment’s apology won’t get G-Dragon away scot-free, because investigations are currently underway. If you recall, G-Dragon’s first solo album “Heartbreaker” was slapped with a big fat age restriction of 19+. Earlier in the month, online portal site martzzang.com pitted TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki's against Big Bang in a battle of album sales. TVXQ gave Big Bang a big beating with 95% of the sales. This formula of pitting one group vs another has been proven highly successful for martzzang, bringing out the fan girls to purchase albums so their favorite idols will win. Now, martzzang is pitting SS501 up against Big Bang. The competition lasts from December 29th at 9:00 AM to December 31st 8:50AM pitting SS501's Rebirth mini-album 7,500won (around $6.50) vs Big Bang 2009 Live Concert album 7,900won (around $6.70). Some of the proceeds from the sales will go to charity.

Super Junior will attend Gayo Daejun; but without Kibum, Kangin & Hankyung

Despite the never-ending issues that SM Entertainment is cooped up with at the moment, they have decided to continue the activities of Super Junior by putting them on the stage for the SBS Gayo Daejun, which will take place on the 29th.
